To authorize the Secretary of Health and Human Services to award grants to eligible entities to conduct diagnostic testing for COVID–19, and related activities such as contact tracing, through mobile health units and, as necessary, at individuals’ residences, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the “COVID–19 Testing, Reaching, And Contacting Everyone (TRACE) Act”.
SEC. 2. COVID–19 TESTING AND CONTACT TRACING USING MOBILE HEALTH UNITS.
(a) In General.—The Secretary of Health and Human Services, acting through the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, may award grants to eligible entities to conduct diagnostic testing for COVID–19, to trace and monitor the contacts of infected individuals, and to support the quarantine of such contacts, through--
(1) mobile health units; and
(2) as necessary, testing individuals and providing individuals with services related to testing and quarantine at their residences.
(b) Permissible Uses Of Funds.—A grant recipient under this section may use the grant funds, in support of the activities described in subsection (a)--
(1) to hire, train, compensate, and pay the expenses of individuals; and
(2) to purchase personal protective equipment and other supplies.
(c) Priority.--In selecting grant recipients under this section, the Secretary shall give priority to--
(1) applicants proposing to conduct activities funded under this section in hot spots and medically underserved communities; and
(2) applicants that agree, in hiring individuals to carry out activities funded under this section, to hire residents of the area or community where the activities will primarily occur, with higher priority among applicants described in this paragraph given based on the percentage of individuals to be hired from such area or community.
(d) Distribution.—In selecting grant recipients under this section, the Secretary shall ensure that grants are distributed across urban and rural areas.
(e) Federal Privacy Requirements.—Nothing in this section shall be construed to supersede any Federal privacy or confidentiality requirement, including the regulations promulgated under section 264(c) of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (Public Law 104–191; 110 Stat. 2033) and section 543 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 290dd–2).
(f) Definitions.—In this section:
(1) The term “eligible entity” means--
(A) a Federally qualified health center (as defined in section 1861(aa) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395x(aa)));
(B) a school-based health clinic;
(C) a disproportionate share hospital (as defined under the applicable State plan under title XIX of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396 et seq.) pursuant to section 1923(a)(1)(A) of such Act (42 U.S.C. 1396r–4));
(D) an academic medical center;
(E) a nonprofit organization (including any such faith-based organization);
(F) an institution of higher education (as defined in section 101 of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1001));
(G) a high school (as defined in section 8101 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 7801)); or
(H) any other type of entity that is determined by the Secretary to be an eligible entity for purposes of this section.
(2) The term “emergency period” has the meaning given to that term in section 1135(g)(1)(B) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1320b–5(g)(1)(B)).

The Covid vaccine: simple facts staring us in the face

I’ve written much about the extreme dangers of a COVID vaccine. Here I want to present simple basic facts, which apply to all vaccines and all recipients.
Public health agencies readily admit that people with weakened immune systems should not be vaccinated.
But the language they use is dodgy and incomplete. The CDC states: “A vaccine should not be administered when a contraindication is present; for example, MMR vaccine should not be administered to severely immunocompromised persons…Severely immunocompromised persons generally should not receive live vaccines…”
No word about killed-virus vaccines. No word about the dangers of vaccine components, such as aluminum and formaldehyde.
But there are more issues. According to conventional vaccine theory, the injection of a germ stimulates the immune system to mount a response—and this is an effective rehearsal, preparing the immune system to react quickly, later, when the real disease comes along.
But if the recipient of the vaccine has an immune system that is already impaired, how can the “experts” believe the rehearsal will go smoothly? The recipient’s antibody scouts would respond sluggishly. The immune killer cells would fail to carry out their mission of wiping out the germ-invaders in the vaccine.
To use a mechanical analogy, vaccinating people with compromised immune systems is like pumping more efficient fuel into a car to improve its performance, when in fact the car’s engine is already disabled.
Worse yet, vaccinating a person whose immune system is weak would overwhelm his body’s defenses with injected chemicals and germs, creating dire levels of illness. The rehearsal would be the real thing—and the body would take the punishment.
All right. Now imagine a few billion people receiving a new COVID vaccine. Do you seriously think doctors are going to spend time sorting out all these people, to discover whose immune systems are already weak, and shunting them off into the do-not-vaccinate category?
Of course they won’t.
No mass vaccination campaign (for example, in Africa) has separated the weak from the strong—and none of those campaigns approached the numbers envisioned for the COVID vaccine.
In a COVID campaign, people are going to be dropping like flies. And when they do, public health authorities will employ the time-honored strategy of calling them “sudden deaths owing to COVID disease.”
Furthermore, I’m talking about a conventional vaccine. Two new technologies are in the COVID testing pipeline as we speak: DNA and RNA vaccines. They have never been released for public use. DNA technology is actually gene therapy. Genes are injected into the body, and they permanently alter the genetic makeup of the recipient in unknown ways. RNA vaccines would carry the danger of triggering autoimmune reactions, meaning the body basically goes to war against itself.
Pro-vaccine religionists are enthusiastic and militant about bringing a COVID vaccine into play, and they want to see it mandated. In this sense, the entire “COVID pandemic” is an operation designed for the use of a vaccine. Politically, it is offered up as a forked road into favored status, or a shameful lower-class outlier category, resembling Church excommunication.

I am also reading about farms.  Animal farms are being closed for pointless reasons.  Mostly due to adequate labor not being available for reasons connected to covid hysteria.  These farms cannot simply be re-opened.  Herds of livestock are being destroyed.  This means no meat at the store is something we will see.  Plant crops are being destroyed rather than harvested. 
 
This is really serious and really happening.  Workers afraid of covid are not there to tend animals and crops so farmers are plowing growing crops over and just throwing away whatever is there whether it is harvestable or not.   There are 331 million people to feed in this country.  People are going to see actual starvation here after a time of ridiculous grocery prices due to simple scarcity, supply and demand. 
Meanwhile, the effects of crumbling supply channels are already showing up having marked impact on restocking store shelves.  Where do you buy toilet paper?  I still have trouble finding that.  Infrastructure is being forgotten as a critical component in civilization. 
 
I don't know if any of you out there you have ever dealt with actual hunger.  Some people know what that does to you, some don't.  I know, because it has happened to me.  The thoughts you have are shocking, actions you would normally never consider taking begin to seem reasonable, all that.  I worry we are going to see some of that before the end of this year.  I worry more that people don't see this coming because without agriculture and supply chains there's no way it ain't.

I am damn sick of seeing masked faces.  These 'pod people' are advertising their ignorance and willful compliance and in so doing endangering others in a far more serious way than passing along a cold.  We need to make it clear to them they are being foolish and that they are helping to promote the death of this country and the death of freedom as we know it. 

Shun them.  Ridicule them.  Call them out for what they are.

"Going pod" is quite a phenomenon.  Yesterday, the person was living a regular life.  Then, all of a sudden, with no apparent thought involved, the robot-ness grips him. 
 
"Hmm, Bessie's temperature seems to be elevated a tenth of a degree.  Maybe she has the COVID.  I better call the public health people.  They should come out and disinfect the whole ranch.  We'll shut down for a month and stay indoors and play with the Lego Harry Potter set..."

There's a rumor you'll be seeing stripes on your cell phone pretty soon.  Red stripe means stay at home.  You won't be able to get into office buildings.  Green stripe means you're immune.  You can go anywhere, within limits, of course."

How do you get a green stripe?

Who knows?  It's just a rumor.  The CDC has codes.  We haven't seen them yet.

Why are the people whose lives are affected by a virus so MUCH more important
than the people whose lives are being destroyed
(and slowly killed, because poverty and the circumstances that result
from poverty kills more people than any virus ever did)
by the effects of a worldwide economic shutdown and impending worldwide depression
the likes of which no one has ever seen before?
 
At what point will the majority of people start QUESTIONING what's going on?
 
When is it generally acceptable that I question this?
 
This is frightening because of how far are people willing to go with this.
