It's time to decide the type of future you are really supporting here. I would go so far as to say here that it matters little whether or not this flu is real or contrived. We all know we may die every time we get in a car to go someplace but we do it everyday anyhow, because we control the car we drive. Large anti-lockdown protests are sweeping across Europe. Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the UK, Poland. The media are trying to put a lid on coverage of these momentous events.

In Southern California, five sheriffs of populous counties (17 million people) are refusing to enforce Governor Newsom’s new curfew order. A petition to recall the governor is gaining steam.
In New York, members of the Chasidic sect held a wedding attended by several thousand people, sitting closely packed without masks.

In a more intimate setting, up close and powerfully personal, gym members and owners in Buffalo, New York, shouted down cops and a public health officer, who had entered the gym because the gathering exceeded the prescribed limit. The gym personnel drove out the cops and followed them, to make sure they left the property.

In Buffalo, protestors came to the house of Erie County Executive, Mark Poloncarz, to express their anger at new lockdown restrictions. The protest was also aimed at New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.
Sheriffs in Fulton and Erie Counties (New York) are refusing to enforce Thanksgiving lockdowns which limit the number of people in private homes.

In various areas of England, police have warned government officials they’re “sitting on a time bomb,” because lockdown rules make it illegal for two or more families to gather together for Christmas—and law-enforcement personnel are permitted to invade homes where violations are occurring. The time bomb is, of course, huge numbers of outraged citizens.

In Australia, Qantas airline CEO Alan Joyce announced that travelers will be able to fly only after receiving the COVID vaccine, once it is approved. Soon afterwards, Joyce stood at a podium at an event to give a speech, and a grizzled Aussie walked up to him and shoved a pie in his face.

Two women saw New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy eating dinner at a restaurant with his family. He was maskless. “You’re such a dick!” one woman told him. Murphy has just extended his state’s lockdown, the ninth time he has done so since March. At his dinner table, Murphy tried to remain calm. He put on his mask.

Andrew Kudrick, the police chief of Howell Township in New Jersey, says he won’t enforce the governor’s “draconian” limit of 10 people for Thanksgiving dinners.

The CDC has told Americans to stay home for Thanksgiving. Last weekend, two million Americans boarded flights.

In a form of silent protest, 300,000 residents of New York have left the city since pandemic restrictions began.

It should be noted that, among the several hundred thousand (or more) Trump supporters who gathered in Washington DC, at a Stop The Steal rally, few people wore masks, and no one paid attention to social distancing regulations.

Across America, without fanfare, pockets of the economy are wide open—no masks, no distancing, no one is paying attention to government regulations.

COVID Vaccines and The Concern Over VIRAL INTERFERENCE

This is critical to your understanding of the risk inherent in allowing yourself to be given any of the upcoming covid vaccines. Dr. Cahill spotlights a recently published study done on active military who routinely receive the usual annually available flu shot. The study tracked illness the following year in those soldiers that experienced mild to severe adverse reactions immediately following administration of the flu shot. That group was approximately 34% of all vaccinated soldiers so its was a fairly large sample population. Viral interference occurs when a new mutated strain of a typical corona virus, what we know as seasonal flu, interacts with antigens produced after exposure to the previous years vaccine strain, which results from injecting the flu shot provided that year since it contains that years prevalent strain.

THE FOLLOWING YEAR: During the usual December to March flu season, the 34% subset of vaccinated soldiers in this study group that were exposed to the mutation that was prevalent that year and had adverse reactions ALL experienced flu again, but this time with a rapid onset and severe symtomology due to a cytokine storm (overactive immune response) that was potentially life threatening if not treated immediately with what has been the usual approach to flu, specifically, Vitamin C, D, Zinc, and HCQ. Keep in mind here that we are talking about the plain old annual flu shot here.

Now, I have published my opinions in previous posts along with supporting compelling evidence that this specific virus, covid-19, exists only as a model genetic blueprint in the Gen Bank. That blueprint has around 30 thousand base pairs in total, of which ONLY 7 are confirmed as real and isolated. The remaining 29,993 or so base pairs are imaginary pieces needed to complete this blueprint. But the argument over whether or not covid-19 is actually a real virus is irrelevant here. Whether it is a real thing or health officials are simply taking a run of the mill corona virus mutation that emerges every year and calling that covid-19 does not matter with regard to viral interference patterns. The covid vaccine that will soon be available can interfere with any future corona mutation.

Viral interference is a known, recurring problem with widely available annual flu shots. What we are being told is fast approaching is a monstrously worse, an entirely experimental formulation that will permanently and irreversibly modify your genes and disruptively alter the normal routine of cellular mRNA and thus, so many biological processes they cannot be accurately counted. The extent and severity of any and all adverse reactions these companies expect that the general public will experience following a covid vaccination IS CURRENTLY UNKNOWN. A public which, by and large, is nowhere near as healthy as those people that met the near impossible list of qualifications pharmaceutical companies published before they began human trials. Assuming each of them actually did find 30,000 of these super healthy human anomalies to participate in the dangerous and negligently short human trial periods currently underway the truth that is being glossed over in their reports of success is ALL THOSE PEOPLE, whose exceptionally clean health record they universally managed to scramble will NEVER BE SO AGAIN, since 100% of the trial participants experienced some degree of adverse reaction, up to and including paralysis, myelitis (Polio-like symptoms) and death. So it is clear now that everyone getting this new shot will have some sort of bad experience, which GUARANTEES the risk of viral interference will be highly relevant to every covid vaccine recipient, and potentially DEADLY!

NOW CONSIDER THIS, AND PAY ATTENTION:

If the results of this study conducted on soldiers in the military is to be taken seriously, and as a warning, and a potential model for what we can expect to see after a worldwide coercive covid vaccine mandate, viral interference will occur in approximately one third of the worlds population. If in fact everyone in the world receives the upcoming experimental and scantly tested covid vaccine, this hasty and reckless effort could potentially, if these people are denied immediate and proper treatment, result in the death of between 2 and 3 BILLION people worldwide in the following year!

How does this "save lives"?
You save lives by NOT vaccinating everyone in the world!
Not imposing global vaccine mandates saves up to THREE BILLION LIVES!

Comedians love to ridicule pharmaceutical adverts that offer relief from something mild, like itching, and exchange that problem for a list of far more serious side effects a mile long. Imagine an advert for the covid shot, not that anyone will bother to make one, but it would offer to be 95% effective against mild flu symptoms for the two people out of every three people that survive the treatment. "Check with your doctor to see if death is right for you."

Given the present state of affairs we see in the medical establishment, members of which have been under fire for prescribing HCQ without any valid explanation whatsoever, and in the US particularly, where pharmacies have refused to fill HCQ scripts and doctors writing them have been threatened with their license for following the standard practice of prescribing vitamins and HCQ to treat severe covid cases, despite a perfect track record of success… If this cheap and effective drug, that has been on the list of essential medicines for over 70 years is deliberately withheld, the effect of this ignorant policy may directly cause a death toll right here at home that will be singularly ghastly.

It is NOT AT ALL an overstatement to say that the collective nescience
of those health officials directing the actions of politicians and leaders worldwide who,
with their arrogantly unscientific intellectual postures
and willfully deceitful public announcements
ARE EQUALLY GUILTY,
of imposing astonishingly over reactive, invasive and destructive measures
to contain a non-threatening annual annoyance which are completely unnecessary.
Measures that will very likely result in a loss of life
THAT WILL MAKE THE HOLOCAUST OF WWII
seem like a mild seasonal flu event.

Americans are stereo-typically obese and sedentary. Let's face it. We consume far to many processed foods, GMO's, salt, sugar, etc… We have rampant diabetes and heart disease. Most of us don't bother to take regular supplements. Our vegetable crops have been coated in toxic Monsanto pesticides and nutritionally deficient for decades compared to years prior. Everything we consume comes in a car cup or a tube or a delicious buttery pastry. We are being told fake meat, a gross chemical sludge filled with chemicals designed to make our brain think it tastes good, is to be a staple of our healthy future diet. The skies are sprayed daily with god only knows what sorts of heavy metal laden aerosols, our water is full of fluoride, and as we saw not so long ago in Detroit, in that case even lead. And even more fringe initiatives have been popping up recently promoting the addition of still more contaminants to municipal water supplies, like psilocybin and lithium, with the rationale that we all need to calm down more and endure tainted elections, racism, violence and pandemic measures that effectively diminish even further our access to fresh air, exercise, and travel and recreation. We are constantly irradiated with ever increasing microwave energy, muzzled and hydrogenised. We are told to stay away from others and to fear them, to live in self imposed isolation and that gatherings of every kind are punishable by someone for some reason and that they are watching everything we do. No more events, or holidays, or hugs. No relief. Life, we are told, must be sterilized, and we must subsist alone, in a plastic bag and recycle our own excrement. We are living like prisoners, in a dystopian nightmare that is about as unhealthy both physically and mentally as it can possibly be and on top of all this we are psychologically bludgeoned on a daily basis with misleading and outright false disease reports that instill a raging hysterical hypochondrical mania in everyone we see, people who can't or won't see through it.

If there is any truth at all to the ever-present slogan that repeats and repeats, the mantra we recite in every covid cult worship service, the tired refrain that is offered up as the reasoning for continuing all of this in uncertain times like these, the vacuous unsubstantiated assertion that "people are dying"… Well,

THESE ARE THE REASONS WHY!

Another uncomfortable truth here is that going along with all of this means they ARE in fact dying because of us ...because we are becoming malevolent wardens of people we might otherwise befriend. This way of life is not worth living, and suicides are becoming commonplace. If you are reading this right now and STILL cannot muster the courage to fight this to the death, with whatever you have left to fight with, you are no longer human. You have lost your humanity somewhere along the way, and sadly, I have nothing left to say or offer you. If however you have just felt yourself slowly slipping away, grab this rope and hang on a bit longer. Walk out your door tomorrow and just yell as loud as you can I WILL NOT COMPLY! Even if all you dare to do is shout into a pillow, I promise you, it will feel good. You will feel much better. And know this: You are NOT alone.

Sheriffs in 5 Southern California counties with a total population of 17.25 million people – equivalent to the fifth most populous state – are defying that state’s governor. Newsom has lost all credibility for restricting activity in the name of suppressing the spread of Covid. He was caught and exposed flouting his own ridiculous strictures on eating in restaurants (put your mask back on between bites of food).

Other sheriffs in Northern California, including Sacramento County, where the Governor now lives, are also refusing to enforce the curfew.

Newsom is facing an existing recall effort, with a deadline of March 17, 2021 to collect 1,495,709 valid signatures. (This campaign has already collected over 800,000 signed recall petitions!)

Gov't NEVER makes you responsible for yourself if they really want to get into your business. They prefer that you feel HELPLESS, so they can make you some sort of offer. Its all moot however, since the entire scam is about redefining a cold as deadly when its little more than irritating to the average person, but the lesson here is important because its proof that those driving this fraud know more about human nature and psychology than we can possibly appreciate, until now possibly, and if you add access to unlimited real time surveillance data they roll like supernatural psychic villains. The subtle message being communicated here by mouthpieces of the Cult of Covid as it expands its reach and influence is not much different than the Pope claiming he speaks to god every morning, or some King proclaiming his right to rule is divine and can't be questioned.

People tend to forget how wealthy Popes and Kings have been over the centuries. Many who haven't forgotten dream about or aspire to become one or the other. Power is seductive. Given the chance to accept such a role is probably quite a temptation, because it’s a good gig and sits atop one hell of a racket that pays well but such empires are always built upon the same simple yet unethical mission statement: If you make more money doing something than the amount you would have to pay if you were caught doing it, you keep doing it.

Whenever you see this it is a red flag. The average man on the street seems to grasp the concept of treating others as deserving equals but too much wealth and power can isolate people. It can cause others to become less visible.

So at this point, given everything we know, if anyone with authority who is expected to adhere to a practice of proper due diligence is still pretending that this coronavirus in any way warrants the increasingly ridiculous “emergency measures” we are being subjected to, I’m sorry, but that is what they are.
They may not believe that is what they are … totalitarians never do, not until it is far too late.

It functions like a cult, totalitarianism. It creeps up on people, little by little, little lie by little lie, accommodation by accommodation, rationalization by rationalization … until one day they find themselves taking orders from some twisted little narcissistic nihilist on a mission to remake the entire world. Most don’t surrender to it all at once. They do it over the course of weeks and months. Imperceptibly, it becomes their reality.

They do not recognize that they are in it, because everything they see is part of it, and everyone they know is in it … except for the others, who are not part of it. The “deniers.” The “deviants.” The “foreigners.” The “strangers.” The “virus spreaders.”

In a free society these everyday interactions are harmonious: I want you to attend my shop, and you may want some of my wares. If you find something you like, at a price you find acceptable, we can both be happy. Patrons of a restaurant are hungry, and its staff gladly supply them with food. While we may quibble about the details, incentives are well-aligned here: seller and buyer both want business transactions of mutual gain to take place.

The introduction of government changes this. Now we can politically enlist people who force you to buy my stuff, who subsidize my production, who pay for my losses, and who raise regulatory hurdles such that my competitors won’t bother me. In those examples, the real enemy isn’t the monopolistic firm or the high prices or the hopelessly poor service, but inept government policies pushing people’s behavior in that direction. With hidden taxes, like payroll taxes for which your employer is on the hook or sales taxes that get incorporated into prices, it just looks like part of the regular market system. You blame the employer for not paying you enough, the shop-owner for charging too high prices, or the landlord for exorbitant rents; The fact that they are forced or incentivized to do so on a government command or bait isn’t something you observe.

Covid restrictions are doing a similar thing now, with waitresses forced to uphold nonsensical rules about maximum capacity in their venues and security guards meticulously managing social distance.

I find their critical thinking is less impaired. These people are the ones I would suggest we engage with a bit more. The covid crisis is over for a person the minute they refuse to follow orders.

Most importantly, the judges ruled that a single positive PCR test cannot be used as an effective diagnosis of infection.

In their ruling, judges Margarida Ramos de Almeida and Ana Paramés referred to several scientific studies. Most notably this study by Jaafar et al., which found that – when running PCR tests with 35 cycles or more – the accuracy dropped to 3%, meaning up to 97% of positive results could be false positives.

The ruling goes on to conclude that, based on the science they read, any PCR test using over 25 cycles is totally unreliable.

Governments and private labs have been very tight-lipped about the exact number of cycles they run when PCR testing, but it is known to sometimes be as high as 45. Even fearmonger-in-chief Anthony Fauci has publicly stated anything over 35 is totally unusable.

Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear ordered a travel advisory and is reimposing a ban on gatherings of 10 or more people in certain settings.
Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine announced he is imposing a statewide mandatory mask order that will begin at 6 p.m. on Thursday. He is also implementing a travel advisory pertaining to 'hotspots' and recommending quarantines for those who visit Ohio for 2 weeks and blames informal gatherings such as house parties, sleepovers and bridal showers for positive PCR tests.
Utah Gov. Gary Herbert issued the new mandate Sunday requiring residents to wear masks while in public, at work or whenever they’re unable to keep six feet of distance from others, until they’re told otherwise.

20 State Governors are adding rules like these practically overnight. So why all of the sudden? Is it winter is coming hysteria? There's almost no flu season this year and covid claims are based on PCR tests that cannot detect covid. So are they just stupid?

They are doing this to get paid by the federal govt.

Justifications from the official letter: " Congress must appropriate an additional $500 billion, specifically for states and territories, in direct federal aid that allows for replacement of lost revenue. " Governors are requesting the federal government to authorize grants and/or complete loan forgiveness to replenish depleted state unemployment trust funds; fund technological improvements and staffing capacity increases for state unemployment agencies, etc, etc, etc…

Pandemics allow legalized embezzlement, money laundering and possibly even mass genocide: This is how the game is playing out… State leaders offer to play along with the larger agenda here by hyping the fear, continuing to advocate censorship, denying people the right to assemble, and banning protests which minimizes the risks they will be exposed by anyone credible enough to warrant listening to. Inside this media and information bubble the truth is labeled fake news, giving them an excuse to justify ignoring any and all evidence that challenges the narrative which in turn buys them the time they need to continue destroying their own states economies in exchange for federal handouts in the form of covid emergency funds and stimulus packages they claim they need to replace the economic devastation they directly caused. Said another way, every State Governor on this bandwagon is facilitating a transfer of wealth out of the hands of private individuals and industry, because that is the economic impact of lockdowns, restrictions and closures, and asking the feds to reimburse those losses by paying them directly with stimulus money that is deposited into their greedy state coffers. They will continuously claim its never enough and feign frustration to gain your sympathy over everything they want to do but can't do to protect you and all that money will simply pay off co-conspirators. These Governors are not leaders out there solving problems and saving lives. That is their cover story. They are literally stick up men, trading your rights and freedoms for tyrannical budget cash! Money comes out of your pockets and into theirs and that money will continue to flow until you don't have anything left. By any other definition this is legalized embezzlement and money laundering. If you just follow the money this is the bottom line result of playing the covid scare game, and more money in their hands means more power over you so it’s a win/win for them. And once the private sector revenue well runs dry I guarantee you they will be rolling out new scams to come after your property. Everyone is chomping at the bit for the poisonous vaccine that is coming next. They are telling us all the pandemic is deadly so when people really start dying from mandated poison shots all bets are off because the media will be telling you this was all expected and your leaders will be painted as heroes that either gallantly lose the fight or they will blame these deaths on the public for not following their orders strictly enough. Make no mistake here, covertly killing you with vaccine side effects or even overtly killing you in a covid quarantine facility (that just happens to be where you are when you die) as a means to rob you is definitely on the table!

POLICE POWERS AND THE CONSTITUTION

While we are on the subject of lawyers, vaccines, police powers, the Constitution, and the elasticity of perception let's not forget the imposition of all these ridiculous and baseless executive orders is how these public servants, who are sworn to protect and uphold the Constitutions of their state and country is how they are claiming to be doing that. It appears that we now have a BELIEF clause written into the Constitution because if the right people THINK something is so, it IS so.

Well every problem has a solution right? Fortunately for everyone dying from a non-existent virus there is now an outlandishly costly, ineffectual treatment to replace treatments that have been proven to work on flu symptoms. Right on schedule and despite every damaging indication that has leaked out about Redemsivir human trials, the FDA has just APPROVED IT for use on covid patients!

And what a cash cow this poison is going to be, now that a hospital can collect a handout from the government for every covid diagnosis, bill an insurance carrier 20 grand for administering a worthless $5 test that cant even detect covid but can provide a result that moves the process along to the next medical invoice they can send out which will be to you or your insurance carrier as you are forced into some healthcare facility and billed for the costs of a 5 day hospital stay and a typical patient prescription drug cost of $3,120 for a medicine that causes problems worse than the disease it's supposed to treat.

The takeaway is this: Simply catching a cold may now cost you the equivalent of a new car!

ALL THIS AND WE HAVEN"T EVEN GOTTEN TO THE VACCINE YET!

The FDA has already stated any other covid treatment will be measured against their golden goose, Redemsivir. As for the eventual vaccine, the way effectiveness is being quantified and measured is a whole other can of worms. It is not an exaggeration to say it is immaterial whether or not the vaccine is actually effective, so long as it is THE BELIEF of state authorities, that some executive order making it mandatory will promote common welfare and forcing you to take it is a reasonable and proper exercise of the police power.

I will say it again…

It doesn't matter if covid is real or not.
So long as they get paid.

It doesn’t matter whether medicines or vaccines are effective.
So long as they can sell them to you.

It only matters whether politicians 'BELIEVE' that the vaccine will promote “general welfare” for them to authorize someone to experiment on you for profit.

And it only matters that the politicians BELIEVE mandatory vaccinations
are a proper exercise of their POLICE POWERS
and they will happily assault you… FOR PROFIT.

It's about

Right from the man we’re told is the number-one COVID expert in the nation. What Fauci says is golden truth.

July 16, 2020, podcast, “This Week in Virology”: https://www.microbe.tv/twiv/twiv-641/ Tony Fauci makes a point of saying the PCR COVID test is useless and misleading when the test is run at “35 cycles or higher.” A positive result, indicating infection, cannot be accepted or believed.

Here, in techno-speak, is an excerpt from Fauci’s key quote (starting at about the 4-minute mark):

“...If you get [perform the test at] a cycle threshold of 35 or more...the chances of it being replication-confident [aka accurate] are miniscule...you almost never can culture virus [detect a true positive result] from a 37 threshold cycle...even 36...”

Each “cycle” of the test is a quantum leap in amplification and magnification of the test specimen taken from the patient.

Too many cycles, and the test will turn up all sorts of irrelevant material that will be wrongly interpreted as relevant.

That’s called a false positive.

What Fauci failed to say on the video is: the FDA, which authorizes the test for public use, recommends the test should be run up to 40 cycles. Not 35.

Therefore, all labs in the US that follow the FDA guideline are knowingly or unknowingly participating in fraud. Fraud on a monstrous level, because…

Millions of Americans are being told they are infected with the virus on the basis of a false positive result, and…

The total number of COVID cases in America---which is based on the test---is a gross falsity.

The lockdowns and other restraining measures are based on these fraudulent case numbers.

Let me back up and run that by you again. Fauci says the test is useless when it’s run at 35 cycles or higher. The FDA says run the test up to 40 cycles, in order to determine whether the virus is there.

This is the crime in a nutshell.

Naturally, MANY testing labs reading this guideline would conclude, “Well, to see if the virus is there in a patient, we should run the test all the way to 40 cycles. That’s the official advice.”

Then we have a New York Times article (August 29/updated September 17) headlined: “Your coronavirus test is positive. Maybe it shouldn’t be.” Here are money quotes:

“Most tests set the limit at 40 [cycles]. A few at 37.”

“Set the limit” would usually mean, “We’re going to look all the way to 40 cycles, to see if the virus is there.”

The Times: “This number of amplification cycles needed to find the virus, called the cycle threshold, is never included in the results sent to doctors and coronavirus patients...”

Boom. That’s the capper, the grand finale. Labs don’t or won’t reveal their collusion in this crime.

Get the picture?

I hope so.

If a lawyer won’t go to court with all this, or if a judge won’t pay attention and see the light, they should be stripped of their jobs and sent to the Arctic to sell snow!

Remember, the most important truth here is that the PCR DOES NOT detect specific pathogens or measure viral loads large enough to cause symptoms or that indicate the presence of a communicable illness, it simply grabs everything present on a swab, most of which is normal material found in every persons body all the time and replicates that material. It manufactures more of what's there so seeing a lot of anything doesn’t mean there is a lot there to begin with, certainly not enough to be dangerous in the slightest degree.

It can't tell you that you are sick or how sick you are!
A positive or false positive result is NOT an actual infection case.
But you are being told it is.
Hotspots are fake.
PPE is pointless.
Lock-downs and health mandates are unnecessary.

Here is another group of lawyers; the New York Bar Association. On November 7, as the New York Law Journal reports: “The New York State Bar Association on Saturday passed a resolution urging the state to consider making it mandatory for all New Yorkers to undergo COVID-19 vaccination when a vaccine becomes available, even if people object to it for ‘religious, philosophical or personal reasons’.”
In case you think this resolution has anything to do with the law, think again. Yes, the Bar Association is criminally convinced the State has the Constitutional power to force a vaccine on the population, but their resolution is recommending the State should actually do it. That’s not law, that’s health policy, that’s medical policy, that’s “science.” That’s also Police State. What is a lawyers’ association doing recommending medical decisions?
It’s lining up with Joe Biden and his forthcoming “national plan to conquer the pandemic.” It’s signaling, “We’re on board with you, Joe. Don’t worry about us. We’re for sale, we’re for hire.” It’s old-fashioned partisan politics and deal-making masquerading as some sort of legal brief. It’s a message to card-carrying lawyers everywhere: Mandatory vaccination should be your bias in all cases.

Harvard law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz has made quite a media stir recently by claiming that the government can force us all to receive COVID-19 vaccines if one is developed. Specifically, he said "Let me put it very clearly: you have no constitutional right to endanger the public and spread the disease, even if you disagree. You have no right not to be vaccinated.…And if you refuse to be vaccinated, the state has the power to literally take you to a doctor’s office and plunge a needle into your arm."

Dershowitz justified that rather shocking conclusion as settled law citing a 1905 Supreme Court case, Jacobson v. Massachusetts. That seemed like an awfully Draconian decision, so I read it. And what do you know: it isn’t nearly as broad in scope as Dershowitz indicated.

The case involved federalism and the power of local governments authorized in a law passed by Massachusetts that allowed municipalities to require smallpox vaccinations of all residents during local outbreaks. The Cambridge Health Board issued such an order during a community epidemic. Jacobson, the defendant in the case had had this vaccination before and as a result of a severe reaction to it very nearly died of systemic complications and side effects. It was due to this event which almost cost him his life he then refused, was prosecuted, and ultimately, convicted of violating the order, but what Dershowitz fails to mention about the decision, which is extremely material, is the actual final outcome of the case. At the time the penalty for refusing this mandate was a ten dollar fine.

JACOBSEN WAS NOT ORDERED TO TAKE THE VACCINE. HE WAS ORDERED TO PAY A TEN DOLLAR FINE, WHICH HE DID.

So that was the result of his objection, but Dershowitz omits this information because without the proper context one might reasonably fill in the missing blanks here and conclude this case provides precedent for mandatory vaccinations which in turn leads one to believe he would lose if he brought suit on the unconstitutional nature of the mandate, a mandate that without such legal precedent would be AGGRAVATED ASSAULT.

But there is much more to this. Lets look at some specific details of the case. The defendant brought the case to the Supreme Court arguing that the Massachusetts law and Cambridge order violated the U.S. Constitution. The Supreme Court ruled that it did not. From the ruling:

"The Supreme Law of the Land [the Constitution]…should not invade the domain of local authority except when it is plainly necessary to do so in order to enforce that law."

Thus, the decision does not stand for the principle that the federal government—or even state authorities—have the power to force everyone to receive a vaccination because there is a health emergency. Rather, it found that the United States cannot impose a national legal standard on a locality unless mandated by the Constitution, which in this case, it wasn’t.

The Court then enunciated the legal standard necessary to justify the government assuming such sweeping power:

"Liberty may at times, under the pressure of great dangers, be subjected to such restraint, to be enforced by reasonable regulations, as the safety of the general public may demand."

Now, let’s apply the Jacobson ruling to the current COVID-19 crisis.

First: The authority granted Cambridge was limited in scope and applied only within that city. In other words, the Cambridge order had zero impact on the residents of Cape Cod.

Second: Government cannot just pass any law it wants because there is a health emergency. So, here’s a question that must be answered in assessing Dershowitz’s claim of a broad power of the government in the current circumstance: Is the COVID-19 pandemic such a “great danger” that it would be “reasonable” to secure “the safety of the general public” for the government to force everyone in the country to be vaccinated?

It seems to me that the answer must be no.

Context matters. The Jacobson case dealt with smallpox, one of the deadliest diseases known to man, with a 30 percent mortality rate and scarring afflicting the majority of survivors. COVID-19 comes nowhere close to being that deadly. Those at material risk of death from COVID-19—still a lower risk than smallpox—are the elderly and people with serious co-morbidities. Children and healthy adults do not face a dire peril. Almost all recover from the illness and some don’t experience serious symptoms of any kind.

Third: Since we can identify the minority most at risk from COVID-19, is it reasonable to force everyone in the country to be vaccinated? Absolutely not. The government can deploy far less intrusive means to shield such people with limited quarantine orders and locking down nursing homes, as two examples we have seen thus far, but even these precautions, particularly the locking down of nursing homes which was done in an extremely draconian manner has resulted in so many elderly deaths due not so much from covid but from severe isolation and depression that it is arguable that the measures seem to have exacerbated the situation far more than such an outbreak ever would have.

Finally, the pandemic has had widely divergent impact throughout the country. Would it be reasonable to force people in Montana to all be vaccinated because New York and New Jersey were hit by a catastrophe? Surely, the answer has to be, no. Given that high-risk populations can be identified and isolated for their protection without materially impacting the freedom of the rest of society, I believe that state or federal laws requiring universal vaccination would be viewed by the courts as an unreasonable overreach of government power.

So in making this statement and playing 'historian' it appears that Dershowitz has chosen to use his reputation to assist our leaders in making a persuasively misleading argument to convince us to be inoculated should a vaccine be perfected. But in this particular circumstance and given the largely benign nature of this specific disease and its minimal impact on healthy populations means it can’t force us.

The government, Dershowitz’s opinion notwithstanding, certainly DOES NOT have “the power to literally take you to a doctor’s office and plunge a needle into your arm.”

On this shuffling trick of misstating the question, and setting up a man of straw to make a pompous demonstration of knocking him down... The proclamations of 'experts' like Alan Dershowitz must stand up to scrutiny. This statement he made provides a particularly egregious example of the sort of tactics we all need to catch and correct.
